No — Sleeper is not legal to play from inside New York. It's available in 27 other states, so New Yorkers can only use it while physically located in an eligible state.
If you're in New York today, the two venues you can legally use are Kalshi (CFTC-regulated, iPhone, Android and desktop) and Polymarket (US iOS app, all 50 states).
