The short version. NY Prediction Markets earns affiliate commissions when readers sign up to partner platforms through our links. Those commissions are how we keep the lights on.

The longer version. Editorial decisions — what to cover, how to cover it, who to recommend — are made independently of those commercial relationships. We will recommend a lower-paying platform over a higher-paying one if it's the right fit for the reader, and we cover platforms with no affiliate arrangement (such as Polymarket) on an informational basis.

We do not run promotional copy that suggests guaranteed outcomes, risk-free play, or financial security. We do not target minors. We follow conservative copy practices to keep coverage compliant and useful, and we maintain a visible 21+ and responsible-use posture across the site.
